Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 Welcome to Paris (3 Nights)

    -> Once you land at Paris Airport. Check-In at your hotel in Paris after 2 p.m. Rest for some time before we start our first day in Paris. At 5 P.M, we'll have a group meeting at our Hotel, before we leave for the Seine River Cruise (Enchanted Cruise -1 hour). Then we'll celebrate the start of our
    -> European adventure over dinner together at an Indian Restaurant today.
    -> Meals: Continental Breakfast + Indian Dinner
  • Day 2 The Eiffel and the Montmartre

    -> Today after Breakfast, Let's begin where Paris did, on the lie de la Cite. You shall be leading your tour of the city's early history, including a pair of the world's most significant Medieval Gothic churches: the resilient and legendary Notre-Dame Cathedral and a visit to the exquisite Sainte-Chapelle.
    -> We shall then head to Luxembourg Gardens and drive through Montparnasse. You take a stroll through the bohemian Latin Quarter, with free time for lunch on your own.
    -> We shall then visit the Eiffel Tower and climb up to the second level, from where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the whole city. Post the tour of Eiffel take a long walk from Alexander Bridge, covering Arc de Triomphe and Champs Eleyesse.
    -> Later, then hike up Montmartre to tour the colorful neighborhood that was the haunt of artistic geniuses a century ago - including Van Gogh, Picasso, and Renoir - and generations of hopeful artists since.
    -> We shall drive to the Montmartre Quarter where we shall end our walk with spectacular views of Paris from the Sacre-Coeur Basilica. We'll then enjoy dinner together.

  • Day 3 Chateaux de Versailles, Marais District & the Louvre

    -> Today after Breakfast at Hotel, explore the elaborate palace that Louis XIV, XV, and XVI called home. You shall make the 30-minute trip to Versailles, where you can witness the dazzling Hall of Mirrors and other sumptuous rooms of the palace.
    -> You'll then have free time to wander through the expansive gardens.
    -> We shall then Zip Back to Paris diverse, history-layered Marais district. As we walk, we'll learn about enlightened 17th-century urban planning at the beautiful Place des the Vosges, the cultural roots of the Jewish Quarter, and how the French Revolution grew from this neighborhood.
    -> We shall then visit the Tuileries Garden, and reach The Louvre. This evening, Europe's greatest museum -the Louvre - is open late, and we'll take full advantage of that.
    -> You'll come face to face with the works of Raphael, Delacroix, and Leonardo, and timeless treasures including Mona Lisa, Winged Victory, Venus de Milo, and hundreds more.
    -> Tonight, we'll enjoy a farewell feast in Paris at an Indian Restaurant. Salut!

  • Day 3 Disneyland Paris (Optional)

    -> Today after Breakfast at Hotel, explore Disneyland Paris the most popular tourist destination in Europe.
    -> The home to one of the largest entertainment hubs in the Greater Paris region: Disney Village, a vast 30,000m2 zone filled with themed restaurants, shops, and a multi-screen cinema complex.

  • Day 4 Beautiful Burgundy

    -> This morning we'll hop aboard our bus and roll into the French countryside, passing pastures and vineyards en route to the "profoundly French" town of Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy.
    -> We'll take an orientation walk through Beaune, visit the Hotel Dieu, the town's medieval hospital, and discover why Burgundy's wine is world-renowned as we enjoy a tasting together. You'll have ample free time to explore the many charms of village France. Dinner at an Indian Restaurant.
    -> Overnight in Beaune
    -> Meals: Continental Breakfast + Indian Dinner
  • Day 5 Scenic Drive to Switzerland

    ->Today we'll leave the rolling hills of beautiful Burgundy, and climb high into the heart of the Swiss Alps. Our destination is the Berner Oberland's, flanked by towering, waterfall-laced cliffs and crowned by a trio of Switzerland's most formidable peaks: the Eiger, Mench, and Jungfrau. Tonight, we'll share a hearty dinner together at our creaky chalet. Where we'll stay for 4 nights.
  • Day 6 Peaks of Engelberg And Mount Titlis

    -> After Breakfast, nestled between two mountain peaks, Engelberg is the perfect place for an Alpine adventure.
    -> We'll begin our day riding Engelberg's unique rotating gondola all the way up to the snowy 10,000-foot summit of Mount Titlis for breath-taking panoramic views.
    -> This afternoon we'll gather to tour the town's Benedictine monastery, with its own cheese-making operation.
    -> The rest of the day is all yours to explore the beautiful city of Lucerne, find a cozy mountain hut offering beautiful views, or shop for some amazing Swiss chocolates.
    -> Overnight in Berner Oberland
    -> Meals: Continental Breakfast + Indian Dinner
  • Day 7 Hiking in the Berner Oberland

    -> Don't sleep in this morning - the day is all yours to experience some of Switzerland's best hiking.
    -> Join your guide for an optional ride to the Icy air streams across your face, snow crunches under your feet, and the view nearly takes your breath away: on one side the view of the Mitte land up to the Vosges, on the other the Aletsch glacier, bordered by four thousand meter peaks.
    -> Standing on the Jungfrau 3,454 meters above sea level, you can feel it with your first step: this is a different world. It's one you have to experience.
    -> Later, we shall visit Interlaken for an orientation tour followed by some shopping time in Switzerland
  • Day 8 Matterhorn and the Heart of the Alps

    -> This morning we'll leave the drive to the heart of Switzerland's Berner Oberland. Along the way, we'll visit the quaint mountain village of Zermatt, framed by Switzerland's iconic Matterhorn.
    -> We'll have free time to explore the village and enjoy the views of one of the most recognizable mountains on the planet before we zip back to our hotel for dinner this evening.
    -> Overnight in Berner Oberland
    -> Meals: Continental Breakfast + Indian Dinner
  • Day 9 Winding Our Way to Italy

    -> This morning we'll have an encore performance of the Alps as we make our way across the mountains and dive into Italy.
    -> We'll wind our way down through the hills, past pristine lakes and the farms of northern Italy, en route to our Mediterranean getaway.
    -> This afternoon's destination is the seaside Cinque Terre town of Monterosso al Mare.
    -> During today's trip, you'll get a thorough orientation to tomorrow's fun, free day possibilities. Tonight, we'll share a tasty dinner together in this corner of Italy where pesto was invented and the seafood was swimming this morning.
  • Day 10 Free Day in the Cinque Terre

    -> Today is entirely up to you, and each village along the Cinque Terre is just a few minutes away by train.
    -> Pick a village to explore, have a meal or Breakfast is provided, but there are no group activities today.
    -> Those returning home can catch a short flight from Bergen to Copenhagen, or other European cities for your direct flight home. Farvel!
    -> Overnight in Cinque Terre
    -> Meals: Continental Breakfast + Indian Dinner
  • Day 11 Pisa, Florence and Michelangelo's David

    -> Rested and refreshed, today we're ready to take on the impressive art and history of Florence. But first, we'll stop in Pisa for lunch and see if its infamous tower is still leaning.
    -> We'll continue to Florence, on a historical introduction to the highlights of the Renaissance.
    -> We'll learn about life in those world-changing times, and gaze at Brunelleschi's magnificent cathedral dome and Ghiberti's amazingly 3-D Baptistery doors.
    -> Our walk ends with a bang at the Accademia Gallery, home to Michelangelo's most famous sculptures: the rough-hewn Prisoners and his greatest masterpiece, David.
    -> Your evening is free to explore Florence before we head for Dinner.
    -> Overnight Florence

  • Day 12 All Roads Lead to Rome

    -> This morning we'll have an encore performance of the Alps as we make our way across the mountains and dive into Italy.

  • Day 13 Ancient Rome

    -> Today we'll be transported back to the days of emperors, slaves, and gladiators.
    -> We'll tour Rome's famous Colosseum and the nearby Roman Forum, where you'll trip over the same stones as the Caesars did 20 centuries before you (history class will never be the same)! We'll set you free for lunch before we visit St. Peter's Basilica or the Sistine Chapel part of the Vatican Museum.
    -> This evening we'll gather together for our final dinner on the tour, and toast our great adventure together.
    -> Overnight in Rome
    -> Meals: Continental Breakfast + Indian Dinner
  • Day 14 TOUR OVER AFTER BREAKFAST
